About
KC Tees are about Peace, Love, Faith, Beauty, Unity and Hope. The line was created with the
objective of inspiring integrity, respect and self-esteem with messages we can all embrace.
I was born and raised by Puerto Rican parents in NYC’s Spanish Harlem, a vibrant
community where multiple cultures intermingled and self expression came in many art forms:
Art, Music, Theatre and Fashion.
As an adult, I left New York for Los Angeles and worked in the Film Entertainment industry
as a Creative Advertising Executive. The desire to apply my creative skills in a more personal
endeavor led me to design this t-shirt line which pays tribute to my heritage and celebrates
what I believe is important in the world today.
This site is dedicated to my mother for inspiring me to embrace my roots and follow my
passions wherever they may lead me.
